Pink White Haikus

She signs with pink ink

Secondhand lips on cream cups

Easy to smudge off.

Bring her a white rose

And stay till her lover comes

Scented calling card.

She milks her white tea

And butters her own crumpets

Eve toasts Adam’s rib.

Lovers swim in pink

Blushed blossoms in bleached bloomers

Dried in the closet.

Pink bouquet in spring

May Day girl in cocktail dress

Comes summer solstice.
