Long Road Haikus

There is a long road

Walk alone or with a friend

The road is the same.

Hike on your scuffed knees

Step as the wind pushes you

The feather goes far.

The long trail curves right

From horizon it curves left

From God it is straight.

Pick up the red rose

Carry further down the road

Plant it for the next.

The road air and sun

Two sparrows for a farthing

No need to worry.
