Quarantine Beach Haikus

I am many waves

No one comes and goes from here

Salt air prickles hair.

Lovers eat the sand

Pollen fruit beneath the sun

Sea foam drowns beetle.

I am the I am

Sand castle carved with long knives

Seashell swept to sea.

Summer days and nights

Seventy times seven years

Seaweed wrapped in bones.

I am a sand grain

No one touches me out here

Sea sings lullaby.
